Fresh off a disappointing spring, Nokia (NOK:NYSE ADR - commentary - research) rolled into summer with a plan to regain momentum in the hottest part of the wireless-phone market.
The big Helsinki company said it would expand developer support for code division multiple access, or CDMA, the world's fastest-growing wireless standard. Nokia said at its global-developer forum in San Francisco that it has 14 CDMA phones on offer.
