HELSINKI (AFX) - North American mobile phone "sell-in" (wholesale) sales volumes surged 45 pct in the second quarter from last year's level, with Motorola Inc topping the market "clearly", but with Nokia Corp seeing a mere 7 pct growth, according to a study published by Strategy Analytics.
