WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Six years after pioneering the concept of hourly financial planning for the middle class, Sheryl Garrett has a pretty good idea of what the average American wants to know about money.
Her new book, "Just Give Me the Answer$" ($18.95, Dearborn Trade, 2004) tries to deliver. It's full of short, direct answers to the most commonly asked money questions.
That's not as easy as it sounds. Garrett and her financial planning co-authors sent their publisher a 700-page manuscript on their first try.
